Loring, F(rederick). G(eorge).

Loring (1869 - 1951) was a British naval officer, naval correspondent, electrical engineer (who become one of the foremost "wireless telegraph" experts of his time), and writer of fiction and poetry. "The Tomb of Sarah" is by far his best-known work.
